All sessions are now up and running for the 2023 season.
‘Open to all’ gardening sessions
- Mondays: Aviemore hospital garden 2-4pm
- Tuesdays: Kingussie Allotments 2-4pm
- Wednesdays: Kingussie Allotments 2-4pm
- Fridays: Aviemore Hospital garden 10.30am – 12.30pm

Getting Together To Garden (with transport available)
Monday: Aviemore hospital garden 2.30-3.30pm
Tuesday: Kingussie allotments 2.30-3.30pm
These sessions are run in collaboration with Community ConneXions, another local charity. They can provide transport for people who are isolated and would like to take part in gardening activities.
